It's Halloween in Brent's Dungeon!
Here's a few vidcaps from my latest webcam show to be posted to www.BrentEverett.com. It was Halloween weekend and I was all alone in my dungeon and on fire for sex - blood just doesn't do it for Cock Dracula! :-) So I came out of my coffin (the set took me two days to construct) and had to do it all by myself. The results were quite spectacular. Take a peek!

Help us Overturn Proposition 8
I received this from MoveOn today. They are one of the organizations working to overturn Proposition 8. Steve and I fully endorse what they are doing and hope you'll join us in supporting their work which is so important for all of us!
Regards,
- Brent
Dear California MoveOn member,
A lot of us are sad and angry over the passage of California Proposition 8 which reversed marriage equality and wrote discrimination into the California Constitution.
Many people worked hard to defeat this measure including MoveOn members, who contributed over $300,000 to defeat it. But agents of intolerance used fear-mongering to eke out a win.
The Courage Campaign (which does MoveOn-style organizing in California) is working with other groups to overturn Prop 8 in the 2010 election. That'll take a huge grassroots mobilization, starting now and to succeed, they'll need an army of us fighting together to win marriage equality for all.
Over 100,000 Californians have already spoken out together by signing the Courage Campaign's pledge to help overturn Prop 8. Can you add your voice today?
Click here to see the pledge.
Thousands of people are signing the pledge every day.
Thanks for all you do.
Wes, Joan, Carrie, Mari, and the rest of the team
P.S. Tomorrow (Saturday) there will be rallies in support of marriage equality in every single state. If you want to attend an event in your state, go to this page and click on your state name. You'll see the location of any rallies planned.
Want to support our work? We're entirely funded by our 4.2 million members, no corporate contributions, no big checks from CEOs. And our tiny staff ensures that small contributions go a long way. Chip in here.
Guys, if you're in the San Diego area and want to participate in the protest march, the route for the march is like this. The main route is down Broadway! Start gathering at 10 am. at 6th and Upas at the northwest corner of Balboa Park. At 10:30, the march will go south on 6th to Broadway. The route then turns west on Broadway to Harbor Drive. Then, north on Harbor Drive to the County Administration Building for the 1 pm rally. Here’s the map of the route:

Finally, there's also this, a new petition to protect marriage and children and prohibit heterosexual divorce. It's all explained in a self-explanatory video. To take a look, click on this link.
If you agree with the proposal outlined in the video, click here to sign the petition.

Special Comment on Gay Marriage by Keith Olberman of MSNBC
UPDATE:
Here's more info and what's being said about Keith's Special Comment from The Huffington Post:
Keith Olbermann delivered a rousing, emotional, 6-minute special comment on Prop 8 Monday night. Olbermann, who has never married, vehemently disagrees with its passage and the ban on gay marriage.
"I am not personal vested this," he said, "yet this vote is horrible. Horrible... This is about the human heart." After going through the history of marriage in the United States, and reminding viewers not only that marriage between black and white people used to be illegal in 1/3 of the country, but illegal between slaves, he made a plea for love and the spread of happiness.
"The world is barren enough... with so much hate in the world, so much meaningless division... this is what your religion tells you to do?... this is what your heart tells you to do?... You are asked to stand now on a question of love."
Happy Birthday to my boo!

I want to make a special post to tell you guys that today is Steve's birthday! I love you so much boo...Happy Birthday baby!
Things are looking UP :-)

Protest the Proposition 8 Results
Let's insist on our civil rights, we can win this struggle for equality!
Since this proposition to deprive us of our rights was sponsored and promoted by the religious right, we should all remember that the greatest of America's Founding Fathers, Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, John Adams and Benjamin Franklin, all insisted on the separation of church and state when this country was born, because they well knew the pain human beings will inflict on each other in the name of religion.
Fort Lauderdale, this weekend!

And for members of the website, remember my next live webcam show will also be from Fort Lauderdale. See the Calendar page on the site for timings. Will you be there?
Cheers,
- Brent
Gay Marriage Ban Protesters, Police Clash in California Streets
Thursday , November 06, 2008By FoxNews:
LOS ANGELES —
Thousands took to the streets of the Los Angeles area and San Francisco Wednesday evening to protest California's passage of Proposition 8, a ban on gay marriage.
Demonstrators marched together on streets in West Hollywood and Hollywood where several protesters stopped at busy intersections, blocking traffic and prompting intervention by police.
An additional group of about 500 protesters gathered near CNN's Los Angeles bureau, where they were seen banging on the doors and walls, causing the Los Angeles Police Department to declare a tactical alert — requiring all available officers to respond to the protest — some of whom were brought in from other stations.
Television cameras showed one protester jumping on top of a police car at the intersection of Hollywood and Highland. He was quickly wrestled to the ground by police and handcuffed.
Several others were arrested when a group of people broke away from the larger demonstration that began in West Hollywood earlier in the evening.

Some of them were detained, but "the overall indication is that the demonstrators and marchers are peaceful," Lee said.
In San Francisco, hundreds gathered on the steps of City Hall to protest approval of the ban.
Protesters held candles and carried signs that read "We all Deserve the Freedom to Marry" as part of the event, which was sponsored by groups opposed to Proposition 8.
San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom expressed frustration in the ban, but said he is hopeful it will be overturned.
The loss was a political defeat for Newsom, who's been one of the most prominent advocates of same-sex marriage. He says the effect on his gubernatorial aspirations is "trivial" and "irrelevant."
City attorneys of Los Angeles and San Francisco, along with the American Civil Liberties Union, filed requests for the state Supreme Court to overturn the gay marriage ban on Wednesday.
Meg Waters, part of the Yes on 8 campaign team, told City News Service, "gay and lesbian couples have exactly the same protections under the law with civil unions."
"Marriage has been defined as a man and woman since time began," Waters said. "The people of California have voted twice, so I think the best thing to do is for everybody involved to figure out a way to move forward."
Waters said she understands "how gays and lesbians may feel concerned about this."
"If they stop and look at the situation, they have the exact same legal protections and rights under the law today they had yesterday," Waters said.
"You can't change the definition of something that existed forever because you don't like it."
The Yes on 8 campaign has "a great deal of compassion for gay and lesbian couples and support completely their right to live as they choose, whether it's in a committed relationship and a domestic partnership or however they choose," Waters said.
"We don't believe that Proposition 8 hinders that at all," Waters said. "We're hoping very much to rebuild bridges to that community at some point."
